Title. I actually favor relaxed necro restrictions as long as the posts still add significantly to the discussion or new material comes to bear. Unfortunately none of that applies to his posts so title away.

Titling is actually more permanent a punishment than a temp ban. I say temp ban, title if he commits another offense afterwards, then permamban if he doesn't shape up.

Agreed. This used to always be the first step when folks brought threads back from the dead, before the Senate existed. I don't know why we'd do anything else until that was tried.
