Difficulty doesn't matter to the ranking, so there's no point trying for a good score on expert if you suck at that level (like me). Let the competition commence?

Yeah, on PS2 the sets were almost random. Really easy songs in the fourth set, first set encore way harder than anything else in the first set, etc.Losonti Tokash wrote:Besides the new songs, the best thing is that they reorganized the song list. There's actually some sort of progression and the group a song is listed in has some sort of bearing on what the sound looks like. It's crazy!
I have a problem with the super-inversion - it starts the super almost a second after the 'invert' motion stops. Missing the start of a huge pile of rapid-fire notes = fail.Losonti Tokash wrote:I have trouble with the Xplorer's whammy bar, though. It seems to only work at random intervals.
I hope whatever they have for download isn't as BORING as the stuff already there. Just *watching* Flash play Freya bored me to tears. Repeating same five-note sequence for more than thirty seconds = fail. Of course, the non-suck GH1 music is pretty much why I got the 360 version: I hate 60-70% of the music in 2, and the unsigned stuff is almost universally terrible or generic.Losonti Tokash wrote:I just hope they'll have a bit more metal available for download. The stuff they got is nice, but they're not my favorite songs from any of those groups by a long shot. That said...more Lamb of God and A7X
