Six days left for what, genius? You don't speak for Youtube, or Paramount Pictures. The four seconds from your video is considered Fair Use under the copyright law, BTW. Activision supports in-game scenes used for fan films. Fine. I'm using an in-game scene filmed in Bridge Commander. No part of your plot or set-up, your characters, or any of your audio was used. Get a life, bozo. I'm not taking the video down in 6 days, or 6 thousand days.

You have illegally renamed your movies using my title "Last Bastion", so it is you that has six days left to edit or delete those titles.

I really wonder how he thinks that Activision support email will help him. User-created in-game video from Bridge Commander can be freely distributed as long as it is not made for-profit (BCfiles is full of user videos out in the open) and Paramount has, to my knowledge, never tried to shut down fan-made productions; their policy is to allow the Trek name and setting to be used as long as no money is made from it.

The only thing he can be pissed about is that you used his material without permission, but seeing how this video comments on and critiques his work that won't hold water either.

Can you report him to YT for harassment and using YT's name in his emails? Surely that must violate the TOS.
