I suggest the Pac Man theme song.

Errrr..*scratches head*...Metallica..isn't...Australian....are they?

I just got 'Always' by Saliva. That's a kickass song. Everything else I've gotten recently has been from Cowboy Bebop, Tori Amos or Dashboard Confessional, so I don't think you'd be interested in that.

I strongly suggest that you not let this happen:

Start with the stuff on this list, and then add the following albums for starters for some headbanging goodness.

Metallica - Master of Puppets, And Justice for All, Kill'em All
Ozzy Osbourne - Blizzard of Ozz
Joe Satriani - Crystal Planet

The Pogues?
Marilyn Manson?

Get some political stuff... like "Internationale" in English, Russian, and German...

Go through Soundtracks and Ethnic selections-- download random stuff in other languages. I have some cool Hebrew stuff-- Israeli pop and similar. There's some good Arabic stuff too...
Something about Libertarianism always bothered me. Then one day, I realized what it was:
Libertarian philosophy can be boiled down to the phrase, "Work Will Make You Free."

In Libertarianism, there is no Government, so the Bosses are free to exploit the Workers.
In Communism, there is no Government, so the Workers are free to exploit the Bosses.
So in Libertarianism, man exploits man, but in Communism, its the other way around!

If all you want to do is have some harmless, mindless fun, go H3RE INST3ADZ0RZ!!

You might like System of a Down... They're officially classified as "Schizophrenic" if I'm not mistaken, but most people consider it Nü-Metal. Their music is quite unique...

I just heard Rammstein's Engel... Its very good, and fairly unique. Closest comparison I can make is Rob Zombie.

I seriously doubt they're your type, but I recommend U2 and Colplay.

You don't have to buy the albums, just get a few of their mp3s.

Recommended songs:

U2

One
With or Without you
Where the streets have no name
Even better than the real thing
The Fly
Mysterious Ways
Beautiful Day
Stuck in a moment
Bloody sunday
Love is blindness

Coldplay

Clocks
In my place
The scientist
Trouble

Any thing by U2 rocks by defination of the fact that it's U2.

Faith No Nore are the god fathers of modern rock/metal.

Maybe you should try some Ash, or Cranberries.

Eugh, Coldplay, eugh

Their old boys from UCL, where they met, and formed through the Live Music Society, but now they won't give the LMS the time of day.
