Would you feel attracted to black women?

Yeah, mixed girls can be the most attractive, because they can take the best features of the races they come from. Maybe eventually, "purebred" can become synonymous with "plain," when compared with the variety in mixed races.

I can't say i've ever met a Black Woman I've found attractive (but I live in a very predominantly white/asian area. However, there are plenty of black woman I've seen on the TV (freema Agyeman, yes please.) and on the web to know that I certainly don't find them unnattractive by default.

An example I've used before is, there's plenty of White women I find unnattractive, there's plenty of Black/Asian/Arab/Latino etc women I find unnattractive. But I can think of examples from each I do find attractive.

As Stark said earlier, Hot is Hot. Ugly is Ugly, no matter the race.

I can find a woman of any "race" physically attractive. Although I must echo the sentiment that I find many mixed-race woman extremely attractive in my eyes (or loins).

When I was on a philosophy kick, I read an essay by Neitzsche that basically said that the true Master Race would be the complete and total intermingling of all races in order to integrate all of the strengths of each individual race.

Unfortunately I can't quite contribute to this goal (at least, not yet). I've lived in pretty homogeneous communities for most of my life, made worse by the poor male-female ratio at the school where I will thankfully be graduated from shortly.

Yes, there are some nice black woman. Just as there are with asian, causasian and north american. However my personal tastes leans more towards Asian woman.

I actually thought about this a while ago (But fordained making a thread for fear of appearing racist), and sadly my thoughts remain the same:
I find Black (Real charcoal black) women unattractive despite them being at times "Hot", though brown, yellow etc' women I find very attractive (I spent a considerable amount of time ogling "Chicititas" in Chile) whilst ignoring skin colour (Form is form and hot is hot).

I don't know why I find "Dark" Black a turn-off (It isn't a conscious decision), but I simply haven't seen a Black women in my life who gave me a boner (Not even in the amply provided pictures on this forum, despite checking ), (and the women on the previous page of this thread I would regard as brown if not white).

I do regularly think that my non-white fellow commuters are good looking when they fit my tastes. I'd have no problem being involved with a non-white girl. Differences in facial structure can sometimes throw me off, but not to the degree I have adverse reactions to that extremely rednecky Southerner cheekbone/face structure. I don't know, there's just something about some of those features that you can just see a picture and tell they're from the deep south, and it's a massive turnoff. Even if she was incredibly smart and nice, I'd have to work at getting over that. I'm not much for blondes either, really. So put me in the yes catagory, even for the extremely dark black skin, or with the non-straight hair, or whatever.

I think that a darker color looks really nice actually, as I love earthtones in my wardrobe, and it always matches really well. Given the opportunity between two exactly equal women with the only difference being skin color, I'd probably take the non-white one. There's no reason for that, I just like how it looks. That may merely be because it's exotic though, as where I grew up and went to school was fairly diverse but didn't really have anything in terms of a notable black presence.

So yes, much for the same reason I might be attracted to a women of another human subtype I may well be attracted or not attracted to a black women...

Up until about 3 months ago I'd say no. I'd never met a black woman I thought was particularly attractive. When I started at the airport I met two gals that just made me go "wow!". Pity neither is single.

I guess its just a matter of where you go and who you meet.

Isn't it always a coincidence that the people who don't find black woman attractive tend to live in places where there aren't a lot of black women, eh? As I said before, this kind of ignorance is precisely the same correlating factor that you find with other kinds of racism, up to and including the most serious type.

I work with a chick who's dark black (she's from Africa) and not just Halle Berry "black", and I can confidently say that dark black women are just as hot as lighter skinned ones.

I think it has something to do with reshuffling the DNA deck. I remember an article in Discover about beauty. Around 1900 IIRC, the police in London came up with an idea to fight crime. Instead of giving out dozens or hundreds of photographs of known thugs to officers and the public, they decided to create a composite of all the pictures, based on the assumption that criminals have a certain "look" and an amalgam of their features should create an image of a "typical" criminal. This was when people still took phrenology seriously. What they ended up with was NOT a picture of some slack-jawed brute. Instead, the picture was of an unusually handsome man: so much so that the plan was abandoned. Apparently, when features are mixed the result is more likely to be pleasing to the eye than one extreme or another.
