Stolen from the Penny Arcade forums:
Desktop TD
The background is a scan of someone's desktop, and it sounds like lemmings when the mobs spawn.
Onslaught
Just recently came across this; was on Digg.
Combining particular towers closely actually changes their affect, that's kinda neat.
Tower Defence
You've probably seen it. Note: towers shoot much faster straight than they do at angles.
Flash Circle TD.
Apparently they added a sandbox mode, so you can try out different strats. Woo.
Flash element TD
A watered-down version of apparently an actual WC TD map. It rewards hoarding money by giving % increase to $$.

I love these sort of games; they're fun and can be very challenging (depending on the setup). I am thoroughly addicted to the Desktop TD game. I can post some of my setups when I get off work if anyone's interested. Currently, I can beat the Hard Level with no problems, although usually the Spawn Bosses on Level 48 get through (I've yet to see anyone defeat them without juggling, but I'm going to try some new strategies now that they've made a few changes to them in the latest update.) On the 100 level challenge I've got to level 78 so far, but eventually I get overwhelmed. Eventually the critters HP outstrips any possible damage you can do to them. Again, so far as I know no-one's beaten that without juggling.
I played around with Onslaught some last night, I forget where I ran across the link to it off hand. I got to ~ level 120 a few times (on the map that looks like an upside-down house), but I seem to hit a wall there and get overwhelmed. It's interesting, and some of the combo's can be VERY helpful. The giant laser chain seems cheap to me, but it might be the easiest way to get past that level.
I've also tried Tower Defence, but it didn't hold my interest like the first one has, beyond finding a few bugs in the code. The towers have no refresh time when they shoot at 90 degree angles, so basically as soon as it hits the enemy it fires again (and again and again). I haven't tried the other two, but maybe I'll give them a whirl when I get home and see what I can come up with.

Clever and witty signature to be inserted here, just as soon as I think of one.

Flash Element TD is a nice little thing, but the current version of the real map is far far superior, with more elements, and i think something on the order of a couple dozen versions of the combo tower.
