A hot woman is a hot woman, period. It's all case-by-case. But I'll echo the statement that mixed race women tend to be smoking hot.

Probably the aforementioned DNA diversity, even if our minds don't, our bodies recognize a desirable mate. Children of interracial couples are more resistant to disease and parasites, for example. I believe this issue also came up in the thread that ultimately got Predator banned from here.

In general I'm not attracted to black women but there are black women whom I definately rate as hotties. I think Beyonce is an easy mention. Pam Grier looked might fine back in the day. What a body! Whew!

I've actually gone through phases throughout life concerning which racial group I think it was. I went through my blonde white girl phase, then my latin phase, then my phillipino phase, then my whatever phase, and now days generally like chinese girls.

My girlfriend is black. Very dark skin, too. And I'm white as the day is long. Often, when I'm talking to white people, they express shock not that I'm dating a black woman, but a very dark skinned black woman. It seems like people have a natural taste for difference, which would make sense from an evolutionary standpoint as many here have pointed out, but not too much difference. I don't know whether it's genetic behavior or cultural, but the black women I hear most white people getting excited over are some really damn white looking black women.

Funny, because the hottest black women I've seen have invariably had very dark skin indeed. It might have something to do with the fact that most black people here are immigrants or refugees and there has not yet been that much racial mixing, and also with the fact that most of our immigrants are from East Africa (Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya). They also have facial features that are, at least to me, more appealing than the ones more common in Western Africa.
