With regards to blood pressure problems, surely(knowing pornography and sci-fi) someone has written a story in which male porn stars have larger hearts engineered and transplanted to support larger penises? I know for sure that people have written novels about genetic engineering taking effect on the sex industry.

I was wondering about that as well, so I did a bit of Googling. Turns out that some people put it in their pants in order to generate the appearance of having much larger equipment than they actually have. Shades of Spinal Tap and the infamous cucumber.

...I was leaning more toward gag gift, but that makes sense, too. Then again, that particular image didn't show up when I first looked at the site.
