Melvin is a coward, plain and simple. He knows he'll lose in a straight up fight in the courts (you wouldn't need a lawyer and no lawyer would seriously take his side), so he refuses to take the dispute there and hopes to eke out a victory elsewhere. I'm starting to think that to shut him up or force his hand in a big way is going to require other action. I'm concerned that as long as he believes he can declare victory without a court fight, he'll continue this behavior.
As for RSA, well... what more can be said about that particular brand of hat-fucker.

The US currently has 2 million people in jail, out of a population of 300 million, or 25 per 3740 people. In other words, if we have two members currently in jail, our incarceration rate is actually 12 times better than the US national average, and with a decent sample size of several thousand, that's not too bad. If this was a real-life community and it actually had an incarceration rate 12 times better than the national average, I would think people would have no problem living here.

Hell, one of my best friends spent some time (it was just an overnighter iirc) in jail. I guess I'm evil by default. Not that I honestly give a fuck, I just thought this "guilt by association" shit was pretty funny in its sadness.

That's it! I've finally cracked the code to Poe's madness. It's people using pseudonyms that begin with the letter "D". It must be something about the shape of the letter which likely sets off some repressed memory somehow. Perhaps as a child Wayne was physically assaulted on Halloween by a bully dressed up as the letter "D" who also stole his candy. Wayne then must have buried this incident deep in his psyche and never mentioned it to anyone because of the pain and shame of it. And ever since then Wayne has lashed out irrationally at people whose names begin with the letter "D". The names listed above are the rosetta stone to the obsessions of Wayne Poe.
The fact that Darkstar, Darkmoose, and Dante have the combined intellect of a fence post should be dismissed as mere coincidence and a distraction to understanding what makes Wayne ticked.

I'd say that this is the worst example yet of Darkstar taking up the cause of any idiot who Wayne (or SDN in general, if there is such a thing) has an argument with so he can feel relevant, but unfortunately he previously took up the cause of Stewart of the Strategic Defenz Instatut. Though an argument could be made that "Dante's" legal posturing (I mean FFS :rolleyes:) is even worse than Stewart's torrent of ridiculously overblown lies about himself.
It's worth noting that Darkstar got on his high horse about SDN being insane as a classic case of projection- remember his laughable response to his site being mocked by somethingawful? Instead of just taking it on the chin he had to email Lowtax and lobby him that Wayne and Mike and SDN were oh-so-much worse.
