Does anyone know where I can find the quote where Lucas said the movies showed a slowed down version of what was actually happening in the saber fights?

There's a quote I can think of from back with Ep 1 where Lucas said that if they were to do anything to the fight scenes they would slow them down so you could see what was going on because the actors knew the moves inside out and just kept getting faster and faster with every take.

I like watching the prequel sabre fights at 0.5 speed, its much more impressive looking than the whirl wind of swinging blades you get at normal speed.
