Basically an internet tough guy that actually got some of Poe's movies removed, but in turn got raped because his stuff got noticed because of perjury

Some little shit who tried to have Poe's videos removed on copyright infringement, he said he got permission from activision to use the Bridge Commander game for his videos and claim copyright for his video, that was nice and all, except Paramount had the copyright on Bridge Commander, so when he reported Copyright on Youtube he committed Perjury. We informed him of it, he titled me Wayne Poe's Gay Lover and demanded I change my sig since it contains porn, the sig was identical to the one I have now, I questioned him and refused to do so since she was clothed, so he changed it, I changed it back and made a third post, and after that I was banned and then it all spiraled. His forum went offline sometime after Elfdart called Paramounts legal division to inform them that he was claiming copyright. Just see this thread, then come back and read through this one

Maybe we should take to calling him "Ted" from Bill and Ted's execellent adventure, considering he seems to be a keanu reeves wannabe (or maybe some other crappy movie he's done. I'd say Ted because he seemed about as air-headed in his tactics.)

Looks like the tide has begun to turn against Dante take a look at his profile, notice the first "episode" of his "series" is missing. I thinks its because of the comments he posted just a few days ago relating to people referring to his failed attack, he actually said that "any further comments realting to the issue will result in an instant ban".

So he "owns" Activision, Paramount and now YouTube. Maybe someone should make a wikipedia page about this guy and put him in the fictional billionaries category. Since he'd probably be one if he had power over every company he says he does.

I'm past that stage. Upon receipt of my counter-claim, he is required to send notice to the service provider that he intends to sue if he wishes to keep the work down.

I will request that YouTube contact him to provide his real name, since he has continued to sign all legal correspondence with a fictional character.

As for how long the video has been down, someone (either YouTube or myself, depending on your point of view) screwed up and the original counter-notification wasn't sent to the proper address (the first address I sent it to was from the Copyright Service page on YouTube, but Google apparently wants those messages sent to another address listed elsewhere). I had to forward it to a second address after about a week when I finally noticed I didn't get a response to the first.

If I'm not mistaken, Activision states in its user Licensing agreement that it does not support modification to the game. Yet, he's putting in a claim against a piece of film generated by Bridge Commander, which contains a modified mesh of the Galaxy-class Melvin didn't make, and contains modified textures for that ship that Melvin didn't make, and that contains absolutely zero unique content that he WAS responsible for. Which at this point, is voices, and editing.
