By the magical thunderflush of Thor's mighty toilet, Eastern Europe and Asia instantaneously transform into the PAC from Bf2142 (the game). This takes place a few weeks after the allied victory from Red Alert 1, and totally replaces Soviet units in all respects (yes Yuri too).
The conflict sets off with annihilation of PAC military assets the primary goal of the allies and the complete control of Europe as the PAC's mission.
To prevent this from being a complete curbstomp in favor of the Red alert forces, production times and production/logistical assets are equal for both sides.
Who comes out of this temporal cold war tuned hot?

One thing: are we including the technology from C&C: RA: Aftermath? Units like Chrono Tanks could be very dangerous for the PAC, whilst the Chronosphere can let the Allies establish bases all over the place (in RA1 the Chronosphere teleport was temporary, unless the vehicle deployed etc, like an MCV).
Clear ether!
