Raise it. I mean I have a 26.6k connection and I don't have any problems loading pages, and besides I hate having to open up 5+ tabs just to download the rest of a thread while I'm reading.

I support raising it to 25 as well. After a while, it gets tedious having to go to a new page so often. It takes time to load, as well.

No, there was just a glitch. I think it lasted for about 10 minutes or so, but I'm not sure what caused it.
