IIRC, when Anakin Skywalker evacuated the Republic forces off the world, they said that there was not enough room. Did they factor in possibly taking off all the republic gear, weapons, etc off to allow the Loyalist Jabiimi fighters?
Do you think the Jabiimi Confederates would execute the Jabiim loyalists who were left behind; It's not known wherher Alto Stratus would do that.
Also, later with Luke it is said that the Jabiimites hate the Skywalkers, due to Anakin's decision. What happened with the families of Jabiimite Loyalists. Did they fight against the Empire when the empire tried to annex the world; did they welcome the Empire? Did the Empire only enslave th separitists or all Jabiimites? How big was Jabiim's population?
(out or universe/real world' question) It's also interesting to see the symbolism bhing Alto Stratus, which is a type of cloud, the Nimbus separitist commandoes (Nimbus is latin for rain, and people havd described rain-produging clouds as 'nimbus' as well as nimbostratus, or cumulonimbus, or whatever...) especisally given that the world has rains most of the year.
Basic has latin in it? In-universr or Out-universe thing....
And during the Battle, did Cobalt Statiion have a shield generator? IT does have the anti-infantry guns used at Hoth.
The Battle of Jabiim and other Jabiim things..

IIRC, it was a straight choice between the clones or the Loyalists, if both could conceivably have been taken then they would have. Equipment can be very easily replaced (as can clones to a lesser extent actually), so if dumping gear would have allowed them to take the far more valuable loyalists (propaganda value of such a unit alone is greater than any amount of equipment) then that's what would have logically been done.
The decision to save the clones does seem a bit odd. I mean, the clones are little more than equipment themselves, even if they had more military value than then loyalist refugees.
Btw, Alto Stratus was ultimately killed before the evacuation, wasn't he?

Yeah, maybe someone believed that any propaganda value was long-gone and/or outnumbered by Stratus; when he had Jbiim secede he made a bunch of good speeches and they naturally spread and were popular on other secessioniost worlds and eve after he died his speeches lived on, causing more secession and rebellion in many worlds supposedly.Lazarus wrote:IIRC, it was a straight choice between the clones or the Loyalists, if both could conceivably have been taken then they would have.
