Darkstar is not out to "convert" anyone with a brain. He is very much like a creationist in the sense that he only wishes to convince those who are ignorant and stupid and gullible enough to buy into his bullshit.

Most of his arguments rely on fantastic leaps in logic, monstrous distortions of fact, mysterious omissions of critical evidence, mindless ranting against his enemies (his "The Morality of Mike Wong" page is the most wonderful example of sore-loser bad sportsmanship that I've ever seen), poorly concealed double-standards depending on whether it's ST or SW, and laughable offenses against science.

You don't just post a shitload of blather about your opponent and then a blank page upon which you intend to make a real on-topic point eventually. There's a few key points of debating method that he just doesn't seem to get.

Dickstar's main driving force is that he absolutely must get in the last word. Thats probably why he insisted that Mike go first in the debate. Thats why the debate lasted all five rounds even though Mike was kicking his ass right from the start. Thats why he had to put up the beginning of a response the very same day that MoO's criticisms went up, etc, etc, etc.

Ossus uses creationist scattergun tactics, a la Wong (which, of course, was the entire point of them publishing all at once), but Ossus's techniques overall are lacking in comparison to his master. On the other hand, it's worth noting that in some ways, Ossus can be a more crafty opponent than Wong, if even accidentally. When Wong says something obviously wrong or that is a direct lie, he does it forcefully, and/or with a lot of opponent-bashing before and after, in the hopes that no one will dare reply. When Ossus says something obviously wrong or that is a direct lie, he does it, to borrow from Han, "real quiet-like", trying to sneak it under truth's radar. But, like Han, he often steps on a stick and gives it all away.

This confirms my opinion of him.

Yeah, I'd like to see what "lies" Wong and I have used during our debates with him, and during this rebuttal. I think it will be funny to see what he comes up with (or rather, FAILS to come up with).
