I won't be responding right away. Unlike Dildo Cuntfart, who made these videos, I'm working on my series. How long has he been "working" on part 3 again?

Meanwhile, part 5 is comin' right along!

Of course I also could have simply overlooked it in all his rambling.

Darth Servo wrote:edit: personally, I'd say that their accusation of Wayne being a pedophile in and of itself is actionable.
"Poedophile" might qualify as libel per quod -- something that insinuates Wayne is a pervert -- but I'm afraid it's too easily defensible as parody. (Parody's not a universally successful defense by far but, for reasons I'll touch on in a minute, the small audience we're dealing with and the total lack of those idiots' credibility probably makes it a decent enough defense :-\ .)

That's not to say "Dante" and co. are totally in the clear: when he and some of his equally homophobic pals use slurs like "faggot" or "queer," they could be guilty of libel per se (something clearly defamatory; no interpretation's needed).

Interestingly, many of the other requirements for a successful libel suit are present ...

Calling Wayne, a straight man, those names is communicating a falsehood. Even when they don't address him by name, the slurs are clearly of and concerning Wayne. By virtue of being on the Internet, the defamation has been published worldwide. There's no question of fault, either; we're not dealing with a major newspaper printing typos. "Dante" et al. say such things with no regard for the truth.

That said, for this to really be actionable, at least a significant minority of a community -- and not an unrepresentative minority, as SD.net may be -- must think the slurs damaging to Wayne's reputation. That's highly unlikely.

Moreover, over the last 15 or so years, increasingly fewer courts consider "faggot" and the like defamatory. Perhaps if they accuse Wayne of doing something illegal (moreso than simply poking fun at his name), or claim he has an infectious disease, they could be nailed to a cross. Beyond that ... *sigh*

But I don't see those guys talking that kinda hard smack. It's not that they're smart enough to avoid legal troubles; they're obviously quite stupid teenaged sorts who think "fag" is a keen barb :-\

Rather, I think they're just too chickenshit to lie about something that might actually hurt Wayne's reputation.

They're big on that, chickenshittery. Won't come here, won't tell the truth, won't publish insults that might actually carry some weight ... real sorry bunch.
Pain, or damage, don't end the world, or despair, or fuckin' beatin's. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, ya got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man ... and give some back.

Now, now Wayne, it takes a long time to properly create a Starship captain suffering from Parkinson's disease!
Meanwhile, part 5 is comin' right along!
Glad to hear it.

Ok, just watched the second attempt by Leonhart Studios to actually put a video up that works.

Again....what?

Sometimes I just sit and watch my two cats play. They'll play with anything. A box of tic-tacs, a receipt left on the ground, a cap to a drink, etc (basically anything either of these two cats can manage to get a hold of when they want to play). I think the two "movies" posted by mobious141 of that same line of thought.

I'm starting to think TLB should end with Anderson ejecting in an escape pod, being rescued by Dante and the two go live happily ever after; walking hand-in-hand into the sunset.

You're good at this! It's the former.

Err...not exactly. But I am toying with idea of releasing a couple alternate endings!

Obviously the fanboys of the evil Poe empire have rigged the results to once again persecute poor Dante and his small band of geniuses. :kill:

too bad you couldn't get a TNG accurage gun/dustbuster. Or better yet, have Anderson grab an actual dust buster instead.

Got to love the whole, "while we work on non-profit mods Poe needs to get a real job!"
Yes they are claiming being students and making mods for no money is a notch in their favour, classic lamers.

I wonder if Dante is still in contact with Derek Chester? I mean, after that message I sent Mr Chester detailing exactly what kind of person he would be involving himself with.... 8)

BTW, the first 2 minutes of LB5 (with the exception of sound fx and music) is complete. I'm waiting on a certain prop to be completed which will be featured within the next 3 to 5 minutes. But in the meantime, I can complete the rest of the episode.

For anyone who can't read the blue text, it says, "It's been a month and you don't even have 1000 downloads. Now, go away, loser. back to the trailer park with ye!"

Cpl, we're talking about a moron who actually subscribes to the old "no laser" myth. See Dante's comments on Poe's youtube copy of TLB part 1.

Also, what's the significance if the Reman's registry number: 65420?

That must have really pissed Dante off--that comparison I did with his part 1 vs mine! LOL!

The funny thing is, fuckface doesn't realize that TLB, a pro-SW flick, actually flourished on an all- Trekkie site like BC files! Can you imagine him trying to do that on an all-SW site with his shit?

Melvin said this in email to me:
Little Bitch wrote:BTW, you're only on BCfiles at my discretion. One word from me and your shit would be gone.
However...
"Dante Leonhart has not been in contact with the BC Files staff, however it should be mentioned that all complaints about files are taken seriously and investigated before any file would be removed. However this does not mean that any file will be removed immediately just because of one word of an individual member.

All requests of file removals by anyone other than the original author, will be investigated and in most cases will be ignored. If the original author asks then the file would be removed straight away (or ASAP)

Danny - Filefront Network Administrator"
Yet another lie destroyed. Now check this out:
Neo's Cum Dumpster wrote:It also turns out (for those of you that go to bcfiles.com) that Poe's LB series is actually taking shots at someone ELSE on the internet - and not so subtly from what I understand. I had no idea of this, and I don't think Starforce or BR32 know that either. I don't have all the details, but when I find out who exactly Poe is ripping in his show, I'll let'em know (if they don't already know) so they can file a complaint with Starforce or BR32 and get that trash taken down.

With the nail already slammed into his coffin, getting his crap removed from BCfiles will be the ultimate blow.
LOL!!!
Darth Servo wrote:Also, what's the significance if the Reman's registry number: 65420?
Nothing. I think that's the registry of the USS Phoenix. I just changed the name of the ship.

I'm sure this has been asked before, but is he trying to kill you with stupid rays? It boggles the mind just what he expects to gain from this kind of bs.

What idiots, do they think they're being clever? Do they think they're actually insulting you? I'd love to know what's going on in their heads but I'm afraid I'd lose INT points by learning.

Also Poe, excellent work on the trailer and the entire series. I keep on laughing my ass off. Keep up the good work man.

Its their way of trying to increase their post count. Poe has repeatedly utterly humiliated them and so they need to "spread the word on his true identity".
