It's a Warhammer 40,000 Joke. In the Armageddon Campaign, Brother-Captain Tycho of the Blood Angels succumbed to the Black Rage, joined the Death Company, and died fighting the Orks at Hive Tempestora.

Ahhh. Whenever I see "Tycho" I think of either Greek astronomers, Penny Arcade or Rogue Squadron.
