So which thread amongt the bunch is the one for large scale diplomatic actions? I'm basically looking for negotations on specific issues rather than signing on to some gigantic treaty organization.

Due to requests from a Senator, we will be getting the STGOD down to the OOC thread(This one) and a single gameplay thread(Probably the original Coalition Of Nations one, until it gets too big).

No problem. It saves me the headache of having to figure out where people are. Pay me now or pay me later, essentially. I'm not going to be able to keep up with a lot of these additions, but I felt that if we could get a good majority of them up there, people would be able to get an idea and the rest would be simpler.

You meant -3, like that? -3 on the Z axis, right?

I think that's 19 Empires. Not bad. Just so people know, that's HALF the people who've said they want. Space is going to get crowded! ;D

That's a ship combat upgrade and we decided that they get paid for on a ship to ship, not tech level basis. You're going to have to adjust. Sorry.

beowulf: some clarifications needed on what exactly your Grey Knights and your Magical Damage Control do. You've got the former listed as on elite force and internal security bonus and the latter is unclear exactly what you mean. If you could post more extensive descriptions of them it would be appreciated.

Considering that no one knows what or where they call home IC and that's a whole lot of unexplored space, I thought it'd be humorous to slap that there.
