I'm afraid Darkstar has gone off the deep end

I have a question:

Do we have any real evidence that there is someone on SD.net watching threads for DarkStar? The simplest explanation for information from our threads showing up on his site would be that he still browses the forums, using the "Search" function to look for what he wants. Having seen him in action before and having read some of his site, I can easily see him searching obsessively through all the threads. Now if we know he has access to forums that only a registered member can get into, it still may only imply that he's got a sockpuppet account on here from a new IP address. The only thing that speculating on "who is... the SD.net Mole?" will accomplish is to create an atmosphere of mistrust and hostility amoung the members of this community. None of us want that: RSA is already working on degenerating into full-blown paranoia and there's no sense in letting him drag any of us down with him. If someone really is sending him threads from the board I'd consider it a good thing: it forces him to actually look at things like Master of Ossus's essay on the faults of his site and address them, rather than sniping from safety.

That's amazing, seeing as how he ALSO HAD A STALKER (allegedly). Everything he does appears to be an attempt at the projection of himself onto others. It's truly amazing. I merely attributed this to double-standards, before, but now that you guys bring it up I think that's exactly what's going on.

He cannot search the forum. He has been banned from it. He does actually have some loser checking this forum and submitting his results to Mr. Anderson so Mr. Anderson can "rebut" the "Rabid-Warsie" claims.

Have you ever seen his Hate Mail pages? That is the work of a sore loser, especially regarding his debate with me and his exhaustive spin-doctoring effort prefacing it.

ROFL! Dark Star thinks Mike lost to everyone on his hate mail page. Even the people who think hyperdrive is 1.5c, at 1 million c you'd cross the galaxy in a second and the far superior Star Trek warp drive is 13c!

As for double-standards, how can a guy who gets so upset about some freak calling his house (Wong's so-called "ASU coward") promptly post a link purporting to give my personal information (phone number included) and not consider himself hypocritical?

So Dork Star thinks a page by KYNES is actually Mikes. Either he's lying or not bothering to check WHOSE SITE IT IS.

MoO, it is possible for him to be still browsing the forums despite being banned. I could explain how, but if I did then his 'mole' would no doubt go running to him with this trick and he'd be back. However, from his profile, I find it highly unlikely that he would not have already made a comeback if he was capable of doing so.

Who really cares if DS has some way of looking at these forums or not?
It's still not going to do him any good since he can't for the life of him form a coherent argument or rebuttal.

Ok, I'm just halfway through my Physics class in high school, but on the Gigawatts a day thing.

watts are a measurement of Joules per second, so he's say it makes XXX gigajoules per second per day, but that makes absolutely no sense.

I'm a mistaken somewhere?

Correct. He then justifies it by explaining that if you think Data was about to measure the efficiency of the warp core (ie. XXX joules/fuel tank), you MUST assume that Data actually meant watts. If, on the other hand, you assume that Data meant to say "joules" he could NOT have been referring to anything other than a time unit.

True. It could have been practically anything, but Anderson's insistence that it could ONLY refer to another time measurement is the problem with the evidence he presents there.

Another time unit makes no sense at all.
It could have been per amount of intke material although that is a but odd, however the use of the qute is very limited to the point where its not really useful.

I can't understand why he doesn't use that Kim quote of 5 million Gigawatts (or something like that) especially since it would give a higher value, he has it on his page yet for his main vbaseline he uses that data quote - its a bit odd.

Which is my point the Data quote was far more flimsy than the Kim one and to boot the Kim quote gives higher figures - so why make the Data quote the main point of interest as he does.
