403 error, Forbidden?

I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error when I try to get to stardestroyer.net through comcast now. I was fine earlier. Did someone get banned, and the grid was knocked out? I'm going through AOL right now to post this.

Its a server problem... Probably didn't configure the htaccess files correctly.
