Alas, I am lost!

Post by Beowulf »

My stupid POS laptop decided to no longer boot up, and now it has to go back to get repaired. So I'm out of a laptop for the next week or so. This means I'm going to have to go to a computer lab to get my Internet fix for a while... *sigh* :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

I believe they use a steam-powered antalytical machine made of brass.

I usually don't have problems that severe, but there were times my computer wouldn't let me on the internet, or on osme days, I didn't have the time to post here.

Don't feel too bad -- my DSL isn't functioning right now, so I'm having to stoop to the dreaded dial-up...

You have my sympathy, but in my case using the college computers is a plus since they are brandnew with T2 connections and I'm using dialup at home
This comp might be new, but it's really crappy. The thing tends to freeze every so often. And it's running Win Me...

An Analytical Engine? Not a bad system, but it takes forever to get enough steam to boot up...
