Rape rates in Middle Eastern countries vs western countries

I'm having a debate on another board, and I'd really like to drive the point home, that rape has nothing to do with what a woman is wearing. So, my question is, does anyone know of a reliable site with statistics on rape rates in middle eastern and western nations?

That doesn't sound likely. Even in Western societies, the majority of rapes go unreported. In Middle-Eastern societies, Sharia law requires FOUR male witnesses to testify in order to support a woman's accusation, or else the woman would be accused of adultery and face punishment up to and including stoning to death.

So I think the Middle-East must be a haven for women in which the incidence of rape is nearly zero.

I'm arguing with people who genuinely believe that provocatively dressed women are asking to be raped. Troglodytes? Absolutely. Is there any point in arguing with such people? I doubt it. But regardless, I feel compelled to object to their statements.

Sounds like more people who simply don't understand that rape is usually about dominance rather than sex.

Besides, if they're the ones arguing that there is some correlation between what women are wearing and rape, they're the ones that should be producing the evidence to back it up. Though for them, that's probably asking too much.

First off, they are fucking MORONS even to suggest that ANY woman ever "asks" to be raped. Being raped is not fucking fun. It's very painful, degrading and horribly traumatic. If there truly IS some women out there that want to be raped they are horribly fucked up and it should be considered as bad as taking advantage of a mentally-disabled person.

Many people have very very LITE fantasies of being 'raped' but they bear no true resemblance to the real act and the fantasies are really controlled by them anyway, see? That's not the case when it happens in real life.

The bottom line here is that no sane woman ever asks for it. No sane woman ever wants it, and any male who tries to justify it by this bullshit is an inbred troglodyte that puts to shame his ancestors all the way back to the amoeba. Tell them to put THAT in their pipe and smoke it along with the crack they're apparently enjoying...

Rape apologetics are so reprehensible that going so far as refuting them with a comparison of statistics is playing their game.

Tell them you get turned on by people arguing with you, and that you appreciate their permission for you to rape them if it gets that far.
Tell them they deserve to be raped.
