the difference between the first pictures and the second are that she is showing actual emotion.

on another note, why did she have all that plastic surgery and not fix her nose?

Wow, she actually does look really pretty in the second set of pics. Maybe I'm in the minority that does think she's pretty hot usually (nothing special, but I'd never kick her out of bed), however my interest in her takes a dip whenever she opens her mouth as she just has the most annoying, bitchy, "I'm better then you all" tone in her voice. Particularely when I caught her on Lettermen one time.

Duct tape her mouth and she's otherwise good to go
