Just looked at all the starfleet ships shown at http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org and I made a few personal revalations.

1) The Prometheus is a gay ship, even for a prototype.

2) A sphere would NOT make a good "Sauser section"ish part of a ship.

3) The ship designer for "BoBW" was lazy and on all the non-creative drugs.

4) The Nova-Class would of made a hella cooler E-E.

5) What Akiraprise means, lazy bastards.

6) Putting the Sauser section behind the warp nacels looks like shit(Elexorstien or Shelly-Class)

7)A lot of the new ships and ships in the Battle Group from ST:N are named after destroyed Constitution-Class ships(Intrepid, Defiant, one or two more I can't remember)

Enterprise C-D are the worst looking Enterprises.

9)Nacel creativity is apparently almost impossible with out Roddenbery.

10) Voyager was written by Chimpazese.

I disagree - they could fit the role of a colony ship or something. Also, they look pretty.

Seriously, in some episodes, the Galaxy-class looked pretty fucking huge and imposing.

I personally think the Galaxy is the best TNG+ ship yet. The Defiant was nice, but it was a bit small. Soveriegn doesn't act the part... it never feels like a truly massive ship to me.
