I think you were flaming TheDarkling but I think that he provoked a lot of it with that whole Wall of Ignorance thing.

The logic is simple: if dialogue can be interpreted in two way, then Darkling cannot say that one of those ways is wrong unless he has some kind of corroborating evidence, which he does not. Everyone has been making this point, and TheDarkling has been doing his damndest to ignore it.

Walls of Ignorance are routinely answered by flames, so I don't see any reason for you to feel that you've overstepped your bounds.

Well at least he admits that much. And he wasn't really copying the thread, he merely asked what the uber-Connie was. Still, the fact he lurks enough to do that is disturbing.

The Imps would rip the sheilds down in a second, take out the engins with ion cannons, and board the ship. They would use it as a massive moral weapon by saying: "We got your best ship..." over and over to congo line music. Then the Feds would through a wussie super weapon at the SSD and Vader would say: "Was that supposed to bringour sheilds down by 0.000000000000000001 percent. Now taste our weapons at HALF power!" and all of the Feddies die. Or some God-like being comes out and does something stupid.
