Spaceballs: the Series

Post by SAMAS »

I just saw a commercial for it on G4, of all places. It's an animated series, actually being produced by Brooks, who will be reprising his roles as Skroob and Yogurt.

"Ah buckle THIS!" Ludicrous speed. GO!!!"

If it's even half as funny as the movie, I will be all over it.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.

I don't think that the humour displayed in Spaceballs is the kind that will stand for the repeated showings of a tv series. Even so, I'll probably catch at least an episode.

I surprised Brooks didn't make Spaceballs: The Prequel. It could have been set back when Dark Helmet was Lonstar's father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate.
