Is anyone considering buying this? I loved the first game, and it looks like this one fixed pretty much all the problems.
I am a bit confused by an early review by Official Xbox Magazine. They said that it "Didn't look like an Xbox 360 game." I personally disagree. Any thoughts on it?

Honestly, it doesn't seem like it's worth more than a rental. If you could make your own levels, or there were some sort of sandbox mode, that might be worth something, but the game has gone so far into the "YOU MUST DO WHAT THE DEVS WANT TO WIN" it's not even funny. The amount of actual player input and flair seems to be excessively minimal. It's like a rail shooter for racing games.
Do not meddle in the affairs of insomniacs, for they are cranky and can do things to you while you sleep.

What I want is the next Flatout game but I don't know if it is strictly Xbox360 or is it available for PC also like Flatout 1&2.

Sorry for the necro, but they just revealed the stunt constructor mode. I'll dig up the video I found of it, but basically, you can use the props -- which now include things like raised platforms, AI driven cars, timed explosives, small huts, and building facades -- to build your own stunt course, including placing stunt markers for the standard "Drive close to object" or "Do a 180" type stunts. If you could make your own levels, or there were some sort of sandbox mode, that might be worth something,
