You younglin's! When I was your age, we had to walk 10 miles through the snow to get to a computer to smack down trolls. Uphill both ways. You don't know how easy you have it, with your "Senate" and all.Pick wrote:Yeah, same on both counts.Noble Ire wrote:18.

It's interesting that the distribution seems to be biased toward older members. That probably stems from a natural selection created by the high standards of discussion.
A Government founded upon justice, and recognizing the equal rights of all men; claiming higher authority for existence, or sanction for its laws, that nature, reason, and the regularly ascertained will of the people; steadily refusing to put its sword and purse in the service of any religious creed or family is a standing offense to most of the Governments of the world, and to some narrow and bigoted people among ourselves.

That and the majority of long-time contributing members joined 2-5 years ago, while still in the late teens (the last thread like this placed the majority in that category. Naturally, as the board ages, so do its members.Surlethe wrote:It's interesting that the distribution seems to be biased toward older members. I've been signed up to SB pretty much since I came out of secondary school in my teens, which is kinda scary.
