How long before that's a standard part of the OS? It would make web design so much easier when designing for large and small monitors, I would think.

Insanely cool. Wonder how CPU intensive it is though - especially on the fly. Would be a very nice thing to have for smaller displays like mobile phones or even as an option for fullsize ones in certain situations (800px displays are still common in certain situations).

My spidey sense is telling me a photoshop plugin for mucho denaro is not far away.
