I do not see how someone who takes good care of oneself can have so many health bills that even with a 83k income they just don't have enough money for it, even if it's a family.

I'm not saying anything about your personal income level (since for all I know you out-earn us all) but in general, 83K/year only sounds like a lot to folks who aren't making that much, yet.
