Huh? Age 25? What is he babbling about? :wtf:
I'm guessing that the program would continue to cover college students even after they're into legal adulthood.

You know, just like most private insurance plans do.
"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."- General Sir Charles Napier

I love the kind of idiot logic that Republitards use: "Any increase in government-funded health care should be stopped because ... it is an increase in government-funded health care!" They're so used to repeating the same goddamned slogans over and over that they think they can be used as standalone proofs. I think some of them believe that circular logic is actually a good thing.

Well, they've already established that they think slippery slopes are a good thing so whats one more fallacy?

Let's mocve into Chardok's Fantasy World for a moment and imagine...imagine a press conference on this issue. With Dubya at the podium...

Dubya: I have vetoed this bill because it's one step closer to a government-run healthcare system.

Chardok (I'm a reporter for Reuters in my world.): Sir! Mr. President!

Dubya: Yes, Chardok *points*

Chardok: Why is Government-run healthcare a bad thing?

Dubya: Because people...heh...don't want MORE government in their lives, they want LESS government.

Chardok: But how do we know that's what they want?

Dubya: Well, poll after poll say-

Chardok: but you don't read polls, sir.

Dubya: What I mean...heh...is that p....puh...people, that is, americans they want choices, see? And, this....uhh...government-run healthcare is...it's not a choice, it's a...government...government-run healthcare system.

Chardok: What choice are they missing out on, sir?

Dubya: they're missing out on Freedom...see...americans, free people. democratic free people want freedom to choose what doctor they see, and...they want...see...private healthcare...tax subsidies give them freedom. and that's really what it's all about. Freedom.

Chardok: But...was there anything in the legislation that you vetoed that said people couldn't choose to have this program or private insurance.

Dubya: Heh...listen: Freedom. It's Freedom, see...different world. It's...in 1492 the founding fathers wanted freedom for ALL men, and see...the terrorists want to...force their ideology of hate on us. and. so, I vetoed...this is...private insurance tax credits are freedom to...ta choose their democracy.

Chardok: Sir, I -

Dubya: Thank you, Chardok, Umm...yes, Wolf *points*

Chardok: That's what I thought. *cry*

I do not see how someone who takes good care of oneself can have so many health bills that even with a 83k income they just don't have enough money for it, even if it's a family.
I'm not saying anything about your personal income level (since for all I know you out-earn us all) but in general, 83K/year only sounds like a lot to folks who aren't making that much, yet.
