Of course, theoretically, one could hurry the process along considerably. Earth already had oceans and rudimentary life when it was less than a billion years old. A planet like that would be fairly easy to terraform - just introduce some fast-replicating photosynethic bacteria and wait for them to convert the atmosphere.Stark wrote:I hear human antecedents will have similar requirements in five billion years?
I doubt this particular system has any planets that aren't molten, but it's something to consider for young sunlike stars like Epsilon Eridani and Sigma Draconis.

I dont think HD 113766 has any planets at all.
