Of course, theoretically, one could hurry the process along considerably. Earth already had oceans and rudimentary life when it was less than a billion years old. A planet like that would be fairly easy to terraform - just introduce some fast-replicating photosynethic bacteria and wait for them to convert the atmosphere.

I doubt this particular system has any planets that aren't molten, but it's something to consider for young sunlike stars like Epsilon Eridani and Sigma Draconis.

I dont think HD 113766 has any planets at all.

(Damn it feels so cool to refer to a star system as a bunch of numbers. That, and it feels cool to talk about a star system besides ours)
