For the last day or so, a "new" Traviss crusader has been visiting "Talifan!" on Youtube. Note the pattern:
http://www.youtube.com/user/mrxray76
No videos, signed on last year, has watched only 27 videos (of which Talifan just happens to be one), virtually no interaction on Youtube of any kind. He's commented on one other video since he's been on Youtube. Here's the comment exchange during the past day or so:

Which is what this guy is. I love his lame excuse of how he is not a misogynist. He calls her a c*nt, snatches her up by the collar, makes a slit of the throat gesture, then laughs maniacally. Yeah,
Pleonasm222 wrote:Again, why is an insult geared toward her gender immediately indicative of a misogynist? Would he be a man-hater if he called a guy a dick?
And Concerned Fan was confronting one author who happens to be female. I didn't see a crusade against ALL females, did you?
mrxray76 wrote:1. No man would be called a man hater the same way no minority would be called a racist against their own race, your "logic" doesn't really make sense.
2. Never said he was on a crusade against all women. Has nothing to do with being misogynistic since one can have ill feelings towards a group of people without being on a "crusade against ALL females". He insults, roughs up, and then chuckles at his own actions. Oh, did I forget to mention he makes her bow down subservianlty towards him?
Then, "Mark" decides to send me a long email diatribe instead:Pleonasm222 wrote:1. Men call one another c*nt in Britain. So? Your eagerness to label this parody makes me wonder about your true motives. Taking your posting history into account and all...
2. He is insulted and shot at beforehand, at the behest of this character. He also doesn't "make" her do anything. She crawls on her knees of her own accord.
My reply:Mark wrote:Just dropping a line via your email due to the limitations in length of the message postings on youtube.
As you said, men call one another cunt in Britain. And what is your point? When a man calls a man such a name, it has an altogether different stigma to it than when a man calls a woman the same name. The same would go for a woman to woman insult versus a woman to man insult. I think you would agree that when a man calls a woman a cunt, he should very well expect to be accused of being a little sexist. By your logic, you feel that if an african american says a word like nigger to another african american that there is no difference when a white person uses the same word? Get real.
And you question my "true motives" behind my comments? What are your "true motives" when ever you post. When I post, it is to express an opinion. So apparently you are taking my posting history into account and all? What is my posting history? That I posted comments that I personally feel this "parody" if you want to call it that...I'll get to that in a moment...what beyond that is in my "history" that you find so suspicious?
For the second part of your response, apparently the "he" that you and I are discussing are different people. I guess you felt I was being too harsh on the fictional cartoon character. You do know he does not exist right?
I recently was told by a friend of mine about this video and checked it out. While he was telling me about this, he gave me a little background on the creator of the video. He had some stupid long running debate with an author about star wars. After long running war of words, he creates a video of a "concerned fan" who just happens to appear, by coincidence I'm sure, at a book signing of an author, who also by coincidence, has a name almost identical to the real life name of the author that the creator had a long running feuad with. Now, since the creator of this video is obviosuly putting himself in the fictional role of the "concerned fan" who once again by coincidence (just a few too many similarities to real life to be coincidence, don't you agree?) has the same feud with the fictional author as the real life creator had with the real life author. And he then puts himself in a position where he ends up shooting her fans and then grabbing her by the collar and threatening her.
Yes, HE (real person, not the cartoon) made her get down on her knees by creating the situation in the video of his own creation...basically his way of displaying a representation of himself putting her in her place. Seriously, lets for argument sake say that a couple of comments that you and I have written to one another went on for several months, like their feaud did (this will not happen, I am done with the posts, anything needed to be said further will be done in email...back and forth posts gets old real quick for me), and then one day you see that I have created a video of a fictional character who clearly represents me crossing paths with a fictional character who clearly represents you, are you telling me that you would not be able to read between the lines? And that at the end of the video, I depicted myself harming/threatening you, wold you not take that as somewhat of a threat? Not a direct one of course, but it certainly would cross the line, wouldn't you agree?
You can hide behind your label of "satire" all you want, this video is more or less a cowardly way of him showing himself putting the author in her place. It's pretty sad if you ask me.
I gotta cut this short...although it may not feel like it. If you have a response, I look forward to hearing what opinions you have regarding what I have said.
Mark
ps for the record, I am not a fan of mentioned author who is taking sides because I like her work...never read a single book/article of hers.

Yeah, Mark. Forgive me if I take the above with a grain of salt. I've heard it before from the author's supporters. They spammed the original video, and this one too in the form of a blog.
I question your true motives because of your limited posting history here on Youtube, and you just happen to zero in on this video, even though you've stated you have no vested interest in the subject of said video. I've seen that happen too often as well with this vid; people with virtually zero posting history coming here at the behest of the author's sycophantic followers.
But hey, I've already wrote an entire webpage about the whole thing here:

So forgive me when I don't believe what you say, since you bring up the same crap that idiot moderator did with regards to this video: i.e., things that never happen in said video.
I find it hilarious that you compare "cunt" with one of the most hateful racial slurs in the English language. Shows me where your overinflated sense of moral indignation lies.
Amazing how the idiot spammers, and YOU seem to gloss over the fact that "Concerned Fan" was shot at and threatened first. What a coincidence! As you are such a fan of symbolism, I guess it just didn't occur to you that the real life author threatening to "rip out the tracheas" of her detractors was mirrored by her "fans" firing the first volley in the video? No, of course not.
Have fun, Mark. Oh, I hope I don't offend you if "fun" is against your moral beliefs. Pish. I'm such a caveman...
