DW: Voyage of The Damned trailers

Micro trailer

Stuff snipped from Christmas Line up

There is, apparently, a two minute long trailer at cinemas at the moment. Annoyingly I have seen everything I want to at the moment, so I wont be able to see it lame.

The Titanic looks quite nifty, thats for sure. :)

Also: Just thought I'd mention it - this special is confirmed to be something like an hour and ten minutes long.

It still doesn't explain how the hell that ship managed to pierce the Tardis?

They didn't really give much of an explanation in the special.

Sort of, in that the Doctor says he's not turned the shields on after the rebuild....

So, uh, yeah, maybe it has been explained... *whistles innocently*

There are going to be more references to Douglas Adams I hope? And oh yes, angel entities again, but this time male, non frozen, and non weeping...

Heh. I thought of the Starship Titanic, too :) Well, the Doctor's already met Arthur Dent, so maybe there'll be more references :)

The rebuild?

Still that doesn't explain how the Tardis can get close to a black hole and move about like it was nothing and yet gets hit by a spaceliner.

After what the Master did to it at the end of S3, the Doctor had a lot of work to do to get the 'ol box flying again.

That explains it then. But why does the interior still looks like shit?

That, alas, cannot be views outside the UK. The actual Advent Calender may allow non-UK access...if your lucky, heh.

Hm, ok, so at least there won't be any "time paradoxes" meeting another incarnation of himself on the Titanic :)
But from the look of it, it had a certain touch of the "Poseidon Adventure" to it, though.

Was the previous Doctor on the Titanic, or did he simply warn off a family at the dockside?

My own idea on this is that the TARDIS we see now is the shattered remains of the vehicle she once was —probably restructured to a more primitive version of the Ship and jury-rigged seventy ways to Sunday simply to keep her up and running. I would venture to guess from significant damage resulting from whatever method the Doctor employed to destroy Gallifrey.

I really don't think it does. It's just got a load of widgets pasted onto the control panel, and I don't see why that is particularly likely to change.
