No, you don't understand - it's cute to lull you into a false sense of security. A shark-mouth would tip off its prey early.FSTargetDrone wrote:I'd be more impressed if they painted a sharkmouth in it and rigged it up to have the snow blocks come out tinged with dark red. Add some food coloring to its mechanical innards to be injected into the ice, send it down the street and watch it leave behind red blocks, scaring pedestrians witless.Molyneux wrote:In a similar vein, this robot can eat you and reduce you to rectangular bricks.
Beware the snow-bots... >_>

That's true, that's true... Okay, how about it looks the way it does in the picture, and then, when it detects people nearby, the front end pops open revealing a real, steel-toothed shark mouth!Molyneux wrote:No, you don't understand - it's cute to lull you into a false sense of security. Probably wouldn't be long before some mother tries to hold her baby up to the mouth of the thing while her husband takes a snapshot. Only in this case, the robot won't just stare at it like a bear or shark, and the pictures will instead be the only recording on hand of a robot eating a baby.FSTargetDrone wrote:That's true, that's true... Frankly, it's a fair price to pay to further the advancement of snow-eating terror bots.chitoryu12 wrote:Probably wouldn't be long before some mother tries to hold her baby up to the mouth of the thing while her husband takes a snapshot. Yay global warming!. We're finally starting to see some snow around here, but where I spent Christmas (70N latitude) was uncharacteristically bereft of snow.Ted C wrote:There's no snow in Norway?Spin Echo wrote:This could come in handy in Norway if we actually had some snow.

Robots should inspire terror and intimidation. Not sunshine and light! Down with cute bots!
