Quick ad break comment...

The TIEM PARADOX!!!1! not only killed off hot Home Office girl, but also gave everyone a nice big Anomaly Research Centre. And many more staff to help. And guns. And gadgets.

I laugh at the Torchwood Three group even more.

Yea, well, if Torchwood came across a Utahraptor in a Cardiff shopping center, no doubt one of them would be trying to shag it before episode's end.

Unsure. Possibly on ITV2. If not, torrent it.

Something up with that rifle jamming a lot. I did think it was odd, but they're using tranq. darts rather than bullets. Retrieval mission now, I expect somewhere in London there is a nice zoo full of prehistory roaming around.

Oh, and mini-raptor = win.

Checked the paper, no luck :(

Dammit. I always have crap luck with torrents; last time I missed an episode, it took me about 4 days to DL it.

Won't they just chuck them back through the anomaly? I thought that's what caused the whole mess with whats-her-name disappearing and all, things coming through that weren't meant to and changing the past which effected the present.

I don't know. They're not killing them because that has been found to have an effect. What the Ark people know could be far more than in the original time-line with just Cutter and the Home Office, since only Cutter was the real expert. They may have others to help, given they have a dedicated part of government working on these things now.

Ah, I expected that. Claudia Mk. II.

Now to see her go through the same things from the first time-line. :P

Poor Utahraptor though. Died in the pursuit of yum yums.

Yea, me too, I had a feeling it might be when they were talking about getting a PR person, then when the guy said it was going to be a woman, it pretty much confirmed it.

Indeed, although you can't feel too sorry for him, after all, he did kinda treat that cool little baby like a pork scratching...

Liked this episode, liked the new headquaters they're shacked up in, liked the fact they actually had a real dinosaur, loved the time portal decapitation, and liked the preview for the next episode about man eating slugs from the future. I bet there must be a non-human intelligence behind the anomalies, while the psycho G-Man wife used more than just a radio set to travel through the portals...

They looked like Carnictis from King Kong. I imagine they'll be fun to fight, just look at how skin crawlingly nice the spider pit was in that movie.

Ben Miller's character seems to be more of a bigger dick this time around. And while the ARC is very impressive, I don't think the set represnting it is all that bigger than the also fairly impressive set used to depict the Torchwood Three complex, while the ARC's recreation area and sleeping quaters reminds me of a three star hotel at a M5 service station.

Gee, it's almost like the ARC was made by the government.

Oh, wait...

Well the Torchwood Institute was a large quasi-government organization anyway with it's Canary Wharf headquaters being more impressive than what we've seen of the ARC, but it totally collapsed in "Doomsday" leaving a handful of unsupervised dregs to cause chaos from their Cardiff basement. But be glad to know that dopey hack Chris Chibnall (who's only passable script was "42") is leaving as the head writer and there are more pleasing signs of Torchwood's improvement.

Primeval is more fun. And it has Hannah Spearitt. I think I know what I'll be watching more keenly.

Torrents are normally out without 6 hours. So either you aren't looking in the right places or ahve crappy download speeds :P

Certainly the former, likely the latter, too. Could be network/firewall issues. I did manage to find one, but I'm getting a mighty 12kb/s or so :)

Yeah, hoping shit changes colour is less entertaining than an honestly good show.

PS, someone got a bigger budget. :)
