Ok, so my brother got me a 1-month Blockbuster-DVD subscription.
My initial plan was to try and watch all 25 seasons of WHO in 1 month. Can I do it? Should I? Is there any that I should avoid? I'm starting to think I might want to mix it up a bit, with some 'Crusade' or 'Brisco County Junior', or maybe Robocop the Series.
Anyone got any suggestions?

Ah hell, there should be an 'e' at the end of the title. Can a mod help out?

If you're going to try Brisco, take a look at Jack of All Trades. it's not SF, but it has a few steampunk elements and it's hilarious.
I don't know if they have Space Precinct, but if they have, check it out - it's an underrated cop serial set on an alien planet. Campy but a lot of fun.

You probably can't with a standard three out at a time subscription. There is a turn around time of a couple of days; if you're (ridiculously) lucky, your local Blockbuster store will have that series in stock, so with a little work you could watch a disc, return it to the store for a free rental, then get the next disc in the mail, but you only get so many free rentals a month.

Forbidden Planet is excellent
For I dipt into the future, far as human eye could see,
Saw the Vision of the world, and all the wonder that would be;
Saw the heavens fill with commerce, argosies of magic sails,
Pilots of the purple twilight dropping down with costly bales;
Heard the heavens fill with shouting, and there rain'd a ghastly dew
From the nations' airy navies grappling in the central blue;

Pilots of the purple twilight dropping down with costly bales;

How much classic Doctor Who is actually out on DVD? I know for a fact that out of two series of the 7th Doctor, only 4 stories made it to DVD. I don't know about earlier series.
"So you want to live on a planet?"
"No. I think I'd find it a bit small and wierd."
"Aren't they dangerous? Don't they get hit by stuff?"
