Early on in the night, a friend of mine showed me how he rides in a plastic sled behind an ATV:
Later on, I was stupid enough to try it:
The sled went about 15 feet before catching upon a rock, at which point I started skidding behind the vehicle ON MY HEELS. Damn near separated my shoulder.
Now, to get a good bonfire going, you need two things: A christmas tree, and a blowtorch.

Then, you've got your fire going, like so, and you gather trees around it:
You put 4 on, and then you RUN very quickly.
It starts to go, alot of smoke at first...
And then you get a MIGHTY FLAME!
How tall is the flame, you ask? Well, I'm 6'1, and standing about 10 feet from it.
Later on, for fun, we lit more trees and dragged them behind the ATV, which was the STUPIDEST, most AWESOME thing I've ever seen.
The best thing about the bonfire, though, wasn't the fire...
It was the bonfire girls. A fun time was had by all.
