Ah that's what you meant.
What I was trying to say is something else. As we know they took over the whole town, but couldn't control their hosts during the day. Now I'm sure there are plenty of places in America where the refined Naquadah is stored that people with a sufficient security clearance have access to. But I highly doubt that they can march into such facilities at 3 AM and just grab some naquadah to built their ships with.
