Again, the first time he came over was a day after surgery, and the second time was two days later. Now we don't know exactly what kind of surgery she had, but the day after any kinda surgery you are not going to be feeling 100%. Maybe two days later would be different, but again, we don't know exactly what shape this person was in.

Unless it was something like botox or a collagen injection in the lips, she probably had some sort of stitches and bruising. It's hard just moving around in that situation let alone slapping or physically confronting someone.

And yes, sex can be pretty physical, but it can also be pretty motionless sometimes.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.

I hate to come across as unsympathetic to her if there really IS a situation of power abuse. I mean, we have that as a generalized assumption when dealing with sexual child abuse.

But I just feel that this looks a little too fishy. They are both grown-ups. She isn't a mental patient, she is a cosmetic surgery patient. This happens TWICE and she acquiesces both times.
I just hate people pulling the "I'm not responsible, it's because of THEM I was coerced" bullshit. It's just another way of saying the devil made me do it. In occasional cases, it's a valid argument, but so many use it just to excuse their own weakness.
You have to realize that most Christian "moral values" behaviour is not really about "protecting" anyone; it's about their desire to send a continual stream of messages of condemnation towards people whose existence offends them. - Darth Wong alias Mike Wong

It may take 'two to tango' so to speak, but the MD is rightfully held to a higher standard of ethics than Joe Shmoe is when it comes to how he handles his job.

In other words, Joe sleeping with his coworker Jane* usually doesn't present any big ethical or moral dilemma, but Doctor Joe sleeping with Patient Jane certainly does.

*Assuming they're both equals at work instead of Joe being Jane's supervisor or something along those lines.
"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."- General Sir Charles Napier

I understand this. I guess what's throwing me here is that this was not something that happened in his office. I don't see how she would feel so intimidated out of the office. I'm honestly wondering if she is just sorry she did it.

Kind of like that old joke about the woman who goes up to the teller and tries to deposit a $100 bill. The teller says, "I'm sorry ma'am, this is counterfeit". The woman says, "Counterfeit?? HELP! I've been raped".

Huh? What the fuck kinda joke is that? I've heard every insensitive, sexist, racist joke there is and I've never heard that :?:

Oh... wait. You need to change woman to prostitute or hooker. Now it looks familiar.

It IS kind of bad...lol.

Actually, I know a worse one.

Have you heard of the new shelter in the city called Tempura House? It's a home for lightly battered women.

(THAT'S nasty.)
