Replace the Borg forces with Berzerkers

(Note only the forces invading the SW galaxy, have the Multi KM construction base Berzerkers)

Do the Berzekers just suddenly replace the Borg at some specific date in the chronology?
Also, wouldn't this be more of an Other Science Fiction Thread?
