You get a cursor and you click triangles and squares, only it has a wierd ghost thing.

Wow, this is fun. I'm stuck on the 15th level though, all the plates are pushed down and all the triangles are gone, but there's no stairs.

Maybe I need to click every single box and triangle...

I win!

ALL the floor plates have to be pushed down. Use your first cursur to hold down the first plate, the next to hold the next, and then three to hold down the three plates at the last level. Click the triangles to make the stairs to level 16 appear.
