Blast from the past: HACK

Post by Sam Or I »

Does any one remember the old ASCII computer game HACK? There was some very intresting concepts in the game. You had to train your dog, your dog grew. The Scroll of Genocide LOL my personal favorite, killing all the Orcs in the game was fun. You could run into ghosts of your former-self. Eat Leprechauns and nymphs for teleportation, before the get you gold and armor. Visit Hell, try to steal stuff from the shop keep. Having cursed armor sucked ass (you could not get it off unles you had an armor to dust spell) They should remake IT (Though they would most likely ruin it ), being a caveman ruled. The good old days of creative games. Any other forgot about gems?

Starflight-Repent Air Breather Repent (Talk about your religious Fundies, there is a whole alien race of them), then go destroy the Crystal Planet and save the universe

You mean NetHack? I just downloaded a new version. Has crude ass graphics, in four bits of glory.
