... well... hmm... I'm speechless... ... ... put them together and detonate a rather large nuclear bomb in the center of the group in order to rid the universe of two stupid evils?...

If the Care Bears play it right, they can win this one. Like all attacks, they only have a few shots before the Borg adapt. However, since the Borg is controlled by a single queen, if they can somehow make it to the Queen herself, they can make her nice, which makes the entire collective nice. However, it is rather difficult to make their way to the Queen, so they WILL need to turn other Borg nice in order for them to open force fields, provide transportation, hide them from sensors etc. It becomes a strategic game more than anything else, which Borg do they turn? In addition, they're not quite sure how many shots it will take before they adapt.
So in essence, it depends on the intellegence of the Care Bears.
Borg Win.

I am capable of rearranging the fundamental building blocks of the universe in under six seconds. I shelve physics texts under "Fiction" in my personal library! I am grasping the reigns of the universe's carriage, and every morning get up and shout "Giddy up, boy!" You may never grasp the complexities of what I do, but at least have the courtesy to feign something other than slack-jawed oblivion in my presence. I, sir, am a wizard, and I break more natural laws before breakfast than of which you are even aware!

It would be a stalemate. The carebears would have no effect on the heartless Borg, but the Borg couldn't assimilate the stuffed Carebears, either.

Meanwhile...
*SolidSnake sat by his PC, gleefully reading the responses to his Care Bear threads. That last one just about pushed them all over the edge, he thought with an evil grin. He typed quickly, preparing the last Care Bear vs. thread that would spell the end of the collective sanity of SD.net's denizens. In the midst of contemplating an epic battle with My Little Pony he paused. What had that noise been behind him? It sounded vaguely like... a banjo? Small yet irresistably powerful furry paws grabbed SolidSnake, yanking him out of his chair and tossing him effortlessly to the floor. Several small, fuzzy bears had crept unnoticed into his room. One was sitting by his window, playing a tune that SolidSnake fearfully recognized as "Dueling Banjos." One of the cutesy bears gave him a disgusting leer, saying "you've got a purty mouth." SolidSnake's screams echoed off the walls for quite some time after...*
