I'm writing a paper regarding the pros and cons of nuclear power. It has to be centered on a specific government policy regarding nuclear power.
I've been digging through JSTOR and other such sites for academic and government material on it. So far its been good, but tedious, with reams of information.
I was wondering if anyone had any online sources that could provide information on such policy and some good pro / con arguments.
In addition, some information about the effects of uranium mining would be useful. That's one facet of the issue that I'm having trouble finding lots of information on.

The World Nuclear Association has excellent summary information about many aspects of the industry and all countries operating nuclear reactors. Here's a listing of all their information papers.

Maybe someone could help me too? I was looking for any sources that could validate the claim that swiss nuclear powerplants use their thermal waste to heat their cities via remote-heating?
I am also looking for any instances of nuclear powerplants near or even inside cities.
