I mean...why can't the UK government understand it? I mean it is quite obivous...

Their policy is only useful or can be slighlty justified if that women is not known to be a lesbian.

It goes to appeal, she'll be allowed to stay.

This is just another excuse for the British media to stick their middle finger up at the government.

Same thing happened with a Male homosexual that is now under review, the person interviewed basically said "yeh, he'll win his appeal."

The bloke has a reprieve from the Home Secretary, I imagine the woman will as well. If the Gov do intend to send her back, the Judiciary may call them on it.
