I'd say something like "Tell (intert person here) that I loved them"
If I was in a pissy mood at death, I'd say something like "Good fuckin' riddance". If I was feeling sarcastic at the time (Something unlikely when you're dying), I'd say something witty.

How could you even fantasize abt this? Not just that it's stupid and morbid, but look--by the time you die, who knows what you will have learned and experienced, and how you'll feel, and what state your mind would be in? What an exercise. Now, having said that,

I don't plan on having last words, per se. You see, I hope to die from flipping my 'Vette while on acid when I'm very very old. That way my grandkids won't have to tell their friends something lame like "My grandpa died of alzheimer's" or anything.

Maybe while I'm in the car I'll say something like, "Humans rule, dolphins can suck it!" That would be nice.
