That's assuming that Hillary really did misspoke and not baldfaced lied. Why do you cover yourself with quotes?Max wrote:So what? Obama has “misspoken” at least 10 times that I can think of (and so has McCain).
Sinbad comes out and says the trip wasn't under any danger.
Later in the week, Hillary dismisses Sinbad as a comedian and makes specific claims of things that did not happen.
1. Sniper fire.
2. Running into an airport building or a convoy.
3. No meet and greet ceremony.
First of all, she wasn't under any sniper fire. It's the kind of thing you remember. Second of all, she was walking as leisurely as possible, talking with troops and shaking their hands. Thirdly, she hugged and kissed a little girl. She talks about all this shit she did, over a minute or two. It was not a Freudian slip, but a vivid recollection. She even made a claim that all the passengers of the C-17 were instructed to sit on bulletproof vests.
If Obama "misspoke" then Hillary "misspoke" times a hundred. It was not a slip of the tongue or a faulty recollection. It was not even a slight distortion. It was a baldfaced outright series of lies crafted to make her appear to be a war hero, because she couldn't take the criticism of Sinbad.
Think about that.
