It great size would force it to stay on the main corridors and use the turbolift. If it could get onboard in a remote area and find a computer terminal it might learn everything there is not know, amusing it has at least primitive slicing abilities. Though I doubt it does.

If it must fly around it might still learn a fair deal but once spotted it will score some security kills, then take one hit and self-district.

Really it's too big for such work. A mouse driod or a slicer on repulsers would work much better.

Yes I'm sure the large, loud, rambling, easily detecable droid is just gonna sneak around the places it actually CAN fit through on the E-E completley unoticed by any redshirts.

Of course, without the ability to move, it's essentially over. But it could probably job out a couple of redshirts first.

Of course, without the ability to move, it's essentially over. But it could probably job out a couple of redshirts first.

The DL-44 is many times more powerful than any Trek hand phaser, except maybe against rock, with the funky NDF thing going on.

Anyways, if the thing was giving themthatmuch trouble, they could just beam it into space, and hit it there. Unless the probe droid could "jam" their lock (feasible). I'll bet you an overloaded phaser-grenade could kill though.

Yes. But it would take them half the episode and probably Data's calculating to come up with a plan of such common sense.

Until then, the redshirst would continue to draw the phasers and fire, and die, in sucession. Perhaps they'd play with phaser modulation before dying, too.

It can't do much, its to big to go through the Hall-Ways, Andriods are very very uncommon, so its quickly spoted and self-destructes

The Federation idiots always let strangers have free roam of the ship. The probe droid completes its mission in five minutes considering the fact that you can access the main computer from any wall pannel.

It would be impossible for such a thing to hide in the ship. It is too noticeable, even in a society that is used to aliens, and it can't reasonably fit in the Jeffries Tubes. It is detected quickly and destroyed.
