A military junta runs it much like it's run now, with some little joint ventures with SK here and there. Of course, huge mourning rituals, etc. are a must for NK.

A power struggle? :? Could be, but I think the power struggle within the junta will not change their governing.

2. The party congress selects a new leader.
3. One of his sons takes over.

What the country itself would do in terms of policy, is essentially impossible to predict.
