You have to kill the whole planet? Greis was impatient, wasn't he?

You certainly got me going for a awhile. You never know what will happen in 40k. Sometimes planets just get everyone on them killed.

Meh, I knew it was a fake out from the beginning. Hotfoot already promised me I'd get to use Havelock to recreate the rock battle from the end of 'The Pick of Destiny' with Havelock and a slaaneshi daemon prince.

Hey I've been browsing the FFG forums and I'm rather happy that I've found lots of user created created stuff for DH. I saw this site and thought it might be nice to give a little bit of flavor to the available weapons and making allowances for local variants on guns. There's lots of other things too, but some of them pop over into the realm that I'm sure FFG will start getting into.

Just thought I'd post it.

Looks cool. It's always nice to have a little variation with guns, though of course the problem always is that some things can end up being game-breaking. We'll stick with the basic weapons for now, but I will consider house rules later on.

Once we report to Gries about this, I'm sure he'd let us come back with backup to round up the higher-ups of the gangers to get more answers.

Immediately? Nobody. Eventually this will have to go to someone clean, but we need to determine EXACTLY who is corrupt, so when we go to someone we don't walk into a heretic trap. We've heard that the local cops are in on this, and we can't rule out other factions. The local Arbites group is overstreached, and unless we help clear their plates of some troubles, are unlikely to be able to help. We are running with gangers for the moment man and thinking the word 'inquisition' could earn us a visit from the flamer squad. Hence why I want to play this carefully.

Indeed. Remember too that we still have that star port lead and the witch thing to follow up on, so for those of you that want to stay by the burning, exploding compound that no one will probably go back to because you know, its on fire and large amounts of ammo are cooking off, go right ahead.

Although I figure if we carve a large enough swath of destruction Greis will have to come down and get us. Which is preferable to the probably shoot on sight orders the lieutenant gave his men with regards to us.

Can I get a quick wound tally from people so that I can properly comment on our capacity to fight to Octavius? I know that I took 9 wounds in the mutant fight, but a combination of using a fate point and Varnius' healing means that I only have two of those remaining, putting me at 13/15 wounds. Of course, I can't get healed by the psykers again for another 5 1/2 hours or so. So I'm a little banged up, but can still take more of a pounding than a lot of other people. I know that Zakary is still roughed up from his first encounter, and that Verum took some critical damage in the fight, but what about everyone else?

Also, how long have we been awake at this point? We've got to be getting close to the point where we start taking fatigue.

No idea how long we've been awake really. Asuming we got off the ship at lets say 6am or so after having a full night's sleep, it would have to be late afternoon at the earliest, and most likely well into the evening (10pm or so) given all the walking around we have done.

Octavious seems to have the wrong idea about what staying behind entails as well. Lazarus may well have to set him straight on that.

It's getting very late. It would be hard to tell given that you do not have the sun to tell you the hour, but you were woken up early, landed on the planet around noon planet time, and have been going about since then. Yes, fatigue will be factored in where appropriate.

My concern on fatigue would be fallin asleep on watch or some such. We do need to rest soon, don't get me wrong, but hopefully Lazarus could keep going awhile longer. Being tired is part of the soldier's condition after all. Maybe while I am waiting for these gangers to show up me and Varnius can alturnate watches and catch some rest, if it even takes that long for them to show.

I actually think that Octavius has all save 1 of his wound points. And he gained one more of those on the XP up. If someone could heal him for full health that'd be sweet.

Okay, so who is staying behind and who is following Diver out of here? Also remember that Diver's little sniper hole is something like 50m above the compound and can only fit one person.

This one's pretty big already with a dozen people. I would ask Necronlord first.
